Title:  Intro to PowerShell/Extending PowerShell

While PowerShell is great for automating IT tasks, developers have been quick to dismiss it as just another scripting language. In the first half of this talk, we look at the basic building blocks of PowerShell and syntax of the scripting language itself. In the second half of this talk, you will learn how you can use your developer skills to extend PowerShell for your business needs. You will see how to work with existing business logic and how to take existing .NET libraries and make their functionality accessible as cmdlets.
